Is the Battery the same as other Soundboks speakers?
Yep, we made sure to keep it consistent.

Does Soundboks Mix have a Pro Panel?
No, Soundboks Mix does not include a Pro Panel. It keeps things simple, but still includes an AUX input for wired connections.

Why doesn't my Soundboks Mix come with a charger?
Due to the EU Radio Equipment Directive, the Soundboks 4 no longer include a charger. This policy aims to reduce electronic waste by encouraging the use of existing USB-C chargers. If you need a charger, you can purchase The Charger separately.

Can I connect multiple Soundboks speakers wirelessly?
With TeamUp mode, absolutely. SKAA technology links 5 Soundboks speakers together without latency. Unlock true stereo sound for even bigger moments.

Which accessories is Soundboks Mix compatible with?
The Strap 2.0, The Backpack, The Battery, and The Charger.

How long is the Soundboks Mix's charging time?
It takes 2 hours to fully recharge The Battery.

Can I play my Soundboks Mix while charging with The Battery?
Yes, you can play your Soundboks while charging, even at full volume. You need The Charger–our official charger accessory–or a USB-C PD compliant power supply capable of delivering at least 65W.

Can I dettach the Soundboks Mix's grill?
You bet, Soundboks Mix has a dettachable grill. You can remove it for easier customization and cleaning.

Do I need to use the Soundboks app with the Soundboks Mix?
Nope, but we highly recommend it. You can play music wirelessly and use TeamUp to connect other Soundboks speakers without it. However, without the app you won’t be able to access the sound and performance upgrades. You’ll also miss out on the advanced controls and EQ profiles.
